Thanks to a generous grant from Wells Fargo, United Way of El Paso County has been able to execute a community-wide campaign known as the 3rd Grade Reading Initiative. Through the initiative that features enriching activities and programs, UWEPC aims to increase the percentage of 3rd graders reading at grade level to increase their probability of graduating high school.
